Trade Customers: To obtain a catalogue binder and wholesale price list, please mail your request on company letterhead along with a company check for $20.00. Requests not on company letterhead or without a company check will be treated as retail requests. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, although every effort will be given to allow reasonable advance notice. QUANTITY DISCOUNT Discounts are as follows per order: All orders in excess of $10,000 will receive a 5% discount. MINIMUM All shipping orders under $750.00 will be charged a $40.00 packing fee. TERMS All orders are Proforma. A 50% deposit is required on all orders. The balance is due when the order is ready to ship. RETURNS Merchandise may not be returned to the factory for any reason without written approval and shipping instructions. Unauthorized returns will be refused. FREIGHT Maximum freight charges of 15% on all basic dock to dock commercial shipments over $2,500.00 (Continental U.S.A. only). DELIVERY Please allow six to eight weeks for delivery. Your order will be shipped freight prepaid via the most economical truckline unless otherwise specified. COLORS All colorants are injected into the stone before casting. Click here for color samples: #40 - Taupe #07 - Old World Process (10% upcharge) #08 - Terra Cotta (15% upcharge) NOTE For $40, any container can be plugged and sealed for use as a fountain basin or to prevent seepage in interior applications. WARRANTY Three (3) year full warranty plus six (6) year prorated warranty against defects. Both warranties begin from date of shipment from our factory.
