Q: What is the material used to produce Archiped Classics’ products?
A: All Archiped products are made of commercial grade, frostproof cast stone

Q: Where are they made?
A:  Everything is handmade at the Archiped Classics facility, located in the Dallas Design District in Dallas, Texas

Q: What is the lead time?
A: The lead time is four to six weeks.  

Q: What colors are available?
A:  Taupe is the standard finish with the Old World Process available for a 10% up charge. Add 20% for a custom color. Click HERE for color samples.

Q: Do the planters, urns, and jardinières have drainage holes?
A: All come standard with drainage holes. The holes can be plugged for a small fee.

Q: Can Archiped products be used outdoors in extreme heat or cold?
A: All Archiped products are guaranteed to be frostproof and come with a six year warranty.

Q: What about fountains? Can fountains and fountain receptacles be made using Archiped urns?
A: Yes. Our products can be sealed for use as fountains for a small fee.

Q: How are the products packaged and shipped?
A: Each item is boxed or crated, then strapped to a custom pallet and wrapped with shrink wrap. All are shipped by common carrier.

A: We ship worldwide.

Q: Is the freight expensive?
A: Freight is guaranteed not to exceed 15% on all domestic dock to dock shipments.
