A: All pieces are hand cast in Dallas, Texas at the Archiped Classics facility, located in the Dallas Design District.

Q: How long does it take to receive the pieces?
A: Most orders are shipped within six to eight weeks.

Q: Which colors are available?
A: All pieces may be ordered in either taupe or old world, but custom colors are available. The old world is a 10% upcharge, whereas custom colors have a 20% upcharge. Click here for samples.

Q: Can Archiped Classics pieces be used outdoors?
A: All Archiped Classics urns, jardinieres, and planters are frostproof. They are suitable for both interior and exterior applications.

Q: Can Archiped Classics pieces be used to make a fountain?
A: Yes.

Q: How are they packaged and shipped?
A: Each piece is individually boxed or crated and strapped to a custom pallet. All are shipped by common carrier.

Q: Do the planters, urns, and jardinieres have drainage holes?
A: All come standard with drainage holes. The holes can be plugged for a small fee.
